 Consular Section (Diplomatic and Service Visa):

Diplomatic and Service visa applies to Malaysian dignitaries, governmental officials and foreign nationals who wish to travel to Iran either in connection with their official visit (invitation by Iran) or to take over their permanent/temporary diplomatic/administrative assignment in a diplomatic/consular Mission or an international organization.

Documents Required:

1. Official note-verbale of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of
    Malaysia, respective foreign Mission, or international organization accredited to
    Malaysia certifying the assignment

2. Applicant’s original passport (valid for minimum next six months)

3. Application Form [Download: ] duly completed and signed by the applicant
    (Two copies)

4. Two recent colored passport-size photograph (without glasses)
